MiniStall Support

Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.

Purchases and subscriptions

Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Request refunds through Apple’s refund portal.

Restore purchases

Open MiniStall Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for purchase.

Camera access

MiniStall uses the camera only to scan codes or take a product photo. Enable Camera in iOS Settings if scanning does not start.

Where data is stored

Your catalog and sales records stay on the device. Pro iCloud Sync is optional and uses your private Apple Account.

Is MiniStall a full checkout system?

No. It totals a sale and saves a record. It does not take customer payments, calculate tax, track inventory, or process refunds.

Do barcodes include the price?

No. Save the name and price once. Later scans use the price you stored.

No barcode on the item

Add a temporary item for that sale, or create a product QR code with Pro and print it.

Free limits

The free catalog holds up to 10 products and the last 30 sales records. MiniStall Pro removes those limits.
